Frequently asked questions
Do you store my API keys?
Yes — encrypted at rest and isolated per workspace. Keys are never shared between customers or used for anything other than your own generation calls.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK lets you connect your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, or Groq. When you use your own key, Quelo's daily generation limits don't apply — you're billed directly by the AI provider for what you use. BYOK is a Pro feature.
Where is my data stored?
Your events, drafts, and knowledge base are stored in Supabase (EU region — eu-west-1, Ireland), isolated per workspace with row-level security. We don't train on your content and never share data between customers. OAuth credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of subprocessors.
Does Quelo post automatically?
No. Every draft lands in your inbox for review. You copy it and paste it yourself — no LinkedIn API access, no auto-publishing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
